All Rights Reserved. 3. PRODUCTS Some of our products are shown in topical settings. Props used in the settings are not included as part of the product. Every effort has been made to show the products as realistically as possible however, variations in size, colour, appearance or packaging may occur. 4. SPECIFICATION CHANGES Posh Parties will endeavour to supply exactly the product shown on this website. However, as we use a number of different suppliers, the specification may change slightly from one supplier to another. Hand made products will also vary due to the artistic flair used in their manufacture. We therefore reserve the right to make changes at any time and without notice to any of our products without affecting the validity of any contract. 5. PRICES All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT at the rate ruling at the time of order. Prices are in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of delivery charges. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Prices confirmed at time of order will remain fixed for that transaction. 6. YOUR ORDER It is our policy to ship your order (except personalised products) within 48 hours. If, for any reason we are unable to do this then we will attempt to contact you and let you know when we can ship it. Please make sure you provide us with a daytime and evening telephone number and also an e-mail address if you have one.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by calling us on 01763 244288. After dispatch, the goods will be delivered. Once you have received the goods, please follow the ?Returns Procedure? at 10.1 below 8. DELIVERY We will ship your goods using a reliable delivery or postal service which may take up to 4 working days. A signature will be required on delivery so that we know you have received them safely. If you are not in during the day, please provide an alternative delivery address where the carrier can make delivery and obtain a signature. 9. ACCEPTANCE Naturally, we hope you are delighted with your goods. Please inspect them as soon as possible after receipt and in any case within 7 days. If they are damaged or if you are not happy with them for any reason please call us on 01763 244288 and we will do everything we can to ensure your complete satisfaction. If we have not heard from you within 7 days of receipt, it will be deemed you have accepted the goods. 10. RETURNS POLICY If for any reason you are not happy with the goods please return them to us unused and unopened and we will offer you a full refund or exchange for another product if you prefer. If the goods have been damaged in transit please contact us straight away and we will provide a replacement as soon as possible. If the goods are faulty please return them to us as soon as possible for a full refund or exchange. Regrettably we are unable to refund or exchange goods that are made to order or personalised unless they are damaged in transit or faulty. 11. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS It is important to follow the instructions below so that we can deal with your case as quickly as possible. None of these terms are intended to affect your statutory rights. 10.1 Not Happy with Goods Please call us on 01763 244288 within 7 days of receipt in order to obtain a ?Goods Return Number? (GRN). Return the goods unused and in their original packaging marking the outside of the package with the GRN. We will carefully inspect the goods and provided they have not been opened or used, offer a full refund or an alternative product if you prefer. Posh Parties will not be responsible for return postage. 10.2 Goods damaged in transit Please call us on 01763 244288 as soon as damage is discovered and in any event within 7 days of receipt to obtain a GRN. We will dispatch a replacement (subject to availability and your requirements) on the same day and arrange for the damaged goods to be collected at the time of replacement delivery. Please re-pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mark the outside with the GRN. 10.3 Faulty Goods If the goods are faulty please call us on 01763 244288 as soon as practicable after the fault is discovered but in any event within 28 days of receipt to obtain a GRN. Please return the goods and mark the outside of the package with the GRN. We will inspect the goods and provided the goods have not been misused, offer a full refund or a replacement product if you prefer.
12. WARRANTIES / LIMIT OF LIABILITY Posh Parties make no warranties whatsoever as to fitness for a particular purpose for any product advertised or supplied through this website. We will not be held responsible for any consequential damages howsoever caused and our limit of liability will be the replacement cost of the goods supplied. It is the customers responsibility to ensure fitness for purpose and to ensure all product safety warnings are complied with. 13. TITLE and RISK Title in the goods will pass to the buyer on receipt by Posh Parties of full payment. Risk in the goods will pass from Posh Parties to the Buyer on delivery. If goods are returned to Posh Parties, title will remain with the buyer until a refund is made or the goods exchanged. Risk will be for the buyer until goods are received by Posh Parties. 14. PAYMENT Customers who order through this website and choose to make an online payment are transferred to our secure payment pages within the WorldPay secure server environment. All payment details are then encrypted and processed on our behalf by WorldPay. WorldPay provides us with confirmation that your payment has been processed and does not disclose any credit card numbers, expiry dates or security codes to us. |
